Identity

Steven Pennington. Most friends call me "Pennington". I'm a freelance Web Designer and Developer doing business as Quadramedia.

I specialize in web apps built using Symfony and websites for venues and artists built using WordPress. I'm a lead architect at Fluide. I'm co-founder and CEO of Pencl Labs. I'm one of two people that built and maintains FourFour.

Looking further back, I was a technology and music industry executive who worked in business development at Oracle Corporation; started an Internet music label called ArtistOne; helped launch Fleetwood Owen, an online auction startup founded by Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac; and most recently managed Chophouse Records, an independent record label owned and operated by Jason Newsted (former bass player of Metallica).
